My name is Rick Cogley and I’m here to share my story with you and let you know how I finally managed to achieve the body I’ve already dreamed of by using a simple system that I learned in the army.
When I first signed up for the army, I was a little overweight. The military training was very rough, but it helped me lose some extra weight after months of very hard work. The problem was that I never managed to achieve a ripped body that I wanted. I mean, yeah, I had lost some weight, but how did I go about building muscle?
I tried everything at my disposal – I worked out harder, I ate more proteins… I even tried a very weird diet that consisted of 4 raw eggs in the morning (disgusting, I know!!!).
Nothing worked! I was seriously driving myself nuts. What did I need to do to build muscle??
A conversation that changed my life!
Long after giving up on building muscle, I met another guy in my squad who had a body that I was honestly jealous of. Sean had perfectly formed abs, strong shoulders, wide arms and very muscular legs. The thing is, I never saw him work out as hard as the rest of us and yet he was in better shape than anyone I had ever seen. I was too shy to ask him what he did, because I didn’t want to seem like I was weak! I don’t know... I just felt like this was something I could never achieve.
Anyways, one day I was hanging out with Sean and a bunch of other guys and decided to tell them how much weight I had lost. I always carried a picture of me before the army, so I showed them. All of them were surprised, but Sean remained quiet.
Later that day, he came to talk to me. He told me everything he knew about muscle building and weight loss, and that proved to be one of the most rewarding conversations of my life.
What Sean Taught Me
Being in the army, I thought I knew everything I needed to know about exercise routines and working out in general. Yet, I had failed all this time at getting ripped!
Sean told me that my approach to weight loss and body-building was completely wrong! He told me: “No wonder you can’t build muscle now. You lost weight the wrong way.” I had assumed that by depriving myself of food and by exercising, I could lose weight and build muscle.
Apparently, the right way is to focus on your metabolism and clearing your body of toxins! Sean explained that the formula was the same whether you wanted to lose weight and gain muscle, or just gain muscle without losing weight first! He said that it all came down to boosting your metabolism so that your body is put in what he called “muscle-building mode”, and clearing toxins that stand in the way of muscle mass.
Putting yourself in muscle-building mode doesn’t consist of starving yourself, spending 8 hours a day at the gym, or spending thousands of dollars on proteins and creatine. It simply consisted of two products that were bio-engineered specifically for people who want to get ripped fast, followed by a workout that is extremely easy to do (I’ll explain about the workout later).
Here’s the exact program:
STEP 1:
There’s a product called Beta Alanine Pro. This product is a natural supplement that boosts your metabolism. By doing this, it converts most of the food you eat into energy rather than storing it as fat. That means that a personwill immediately begin to build up muscle and lose any extra fat, if he has any. This product also has a bunch of antioxidant powers. I’m not sure of the exact medical terms but, basically, antioxidants prevent your muscles from being destroyed (or oxidized) in times when you’re not active.
STEP 2:
The second product is XtremeNO, another natural supplement designed to clear the body of harmful toxins. Not only are these toxins extremely unhealthy, but they also stand in the way of building muscle! “Muscles need a toxin-free environment to grow”, Sean told me, and the more you clear you body of toxins, the more muscle you’ll build. He told me that eating lots of fresh fruit also helped, but wasn’t enough alone. In fact, I don’t like eating fruits, but Sean said that the pills were so good at clearing toxins, that they’re enough alone.

STEP 3:
After taking these two products, Sean said that I would have an extreme amount of energy to work out. Back Home and Researching the Miracle System
Sean told me that he had gotten ripped with that exact same formula. Unfortunately, it wasn’t possible for me to order these products while I was in the army, as I was always stationed at a different place.
But, a few months later, I was home and my service was over! I was glad to be back but I also knew that sitting around for too long would ruin me physically. When it came to getting in shape, it was now or never!!

Well, life today is very interesting. I enrolled in college and I'm having the time of my life! To this day, I can’t believe how easy it was to get ripped. A lot of women started staring at me, which is fantastic for me but I don’t think that my girlfriend really likes it ;-). But most importantly, I feel freaking GREAT about myself!

Got my free trials for both Beta Alanine Pro and XtremeNO in about 4 days. Started using about 3 weeks ago and my beer belly is gone and I am feeling toner abs already. This shit is INSANE man - good find!!!

Dude Rick, this stuff is insane man! I really hope everyone sees this because protein shakes are a HUGE waste of time. You do not get the same benefits! and nitric oxides are the REAL DEAL and they help you avoid wasting $1000s on those dumb protein shakes...

I excercised 3x a week with protein shakes every day for about 2 months without ANY results. I am seeing results after 14 DAYS with this stuff. DAMN! THANKS man.
